Bootcamps

 Jelly Fitness provides outdoor exercise classes/sessions, known as "Bootcamp's". These sessions are currently based in Hucknall, Nottingham and aimed at ALL levels of fitness and abilities. Open to males and females above the age of 16 years old. Each session is taught by our excellent instructors, Jacqueline and/or Simon.

Each sessions last one hour and varies every session, aiming not to bore you silly and keep you on your toes. Each session can include the use of kettlebells, body weight exercises, cardio based sessions, core sessions and even car tyres (If your really lucky Fred; our 84kg tractor tyre, might make an appearance).

Please do not feel that you are not welcome, or too unfit. Please do not be scared of the term "Bootcamp", its just exercise outdoors. We aim to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all to enjoy and at the end of the day it is just exercise outdoors!

We conduct sessions all year round and in all weather conditions*

*However Simon is afraid of lightning and sessions will be cancelled as he doesn't want to be struck and be killed.

Sessions held:

Tuesday Evenings 6pm only

Thursday Evenings 6pm only

Sunday Mornings 9.30am

*** Please note that if by 430pm weekdays less than 5 people are booked on to that evenings session, it will be cancelled. - Therefore booking is essential. ***

Prices:

Each single session is £4 or we provide a 10 session pass with no expiry date for £25 or 30 day unlimited month pass for £25*.

*The Unlimited pass is valid for 30 consecutive days and cannot be transferred over to any other dates from illness, etc. However if we cancel the session for any reason, then we will of course honour the additional days.
